KIE is a private-pay educational program. Tuition covers the KIE courses and instructional activities selected by the family as part of the student’s parent-directed educational program.
One-time

Enrollment Fee
Non-refundable. Includes the Initial Curricular Assessment, Student Academic Profile, Individualized Learning Plan, and enrollment processing.
Monthly
$900
Monthly tuition
Includes individualized one-on-one instruction, guided small-group learning, progress monitoring, parent conferences, academic reports, and portfolio support, based on the student’s selected services and Individualized Learning Plan.

Step Up For Students
Eligible FES-UA and PEP families may use approved Step Up For Students scholarship funds toward eligible KIE services.
Scholarship eligibility, available funds, and allowable expenses are determined by Step Up For Students. KIE does not guarantee scholarship approval or coverage.
About materials
Most instructional materials are included. Families may occasionally be asked to provide specific curriculum items or supplies based on the student's Individualized Learning Plan.
