KIE is a program operated by CRYSTAL KIDS DEVELOPMENT CENTER CORP. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through kieprogram.com.

Information we collect

The Reservation Request asks for the parent or guardian's full name, email, phone number, child's first name, age, and grade. The general contact form asks for a name, email, optional phone number, and message. We do not request diagnoses, medical information, or ABA details.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to the request, verify availability and eligibility, coordinate next steps, protect the form, and maintain limited administrative records. We do not automatically subscribe families to marketing communications or send SMS.

Retention and security

Inactive requests that do not lead to enrollment are deleted after 12 months. Contact form messages are delivered to the administrative mailbox and are not stored in a separate website database. Enrolled student records move to the program's official administrative system. We apply access controls, server-side validation, and abuse protection.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with analytics and advertising storage permanently denied. We do not enable Google Signals, remarketing, ad personalization, or session recording.
